I think every all those who suffer from a learning disability should know about audio visual entrainment – a type of technology that utilises light and sound and provides the brain with a rich environment of sensory stimulation. There has been much research to support its benefits and I have seen remarkable improvement in both myself and my child who suffered low self esteem from not being able to keep up with the other kids.
